Letter: Thrift Savings Plan management should charge accounts in excess

Regarding, "Some participants protest new Thrift Savings Plan policy," a reader writes: I don't see why I should have to pay for the day traders to try to time the market; why can't TSP charge their accounts for the fees in excess of the two per month? Money market funds are managed by the companies that offer them, not by the individuals who have accounts with them; why should TSP be different?
