Letter: Thrift Savings Plan should cap number of traders per month

Regarding "Some participants protest new Thrift Savings Plan policy," a reader writes: Some restriction is fair. However, it should be based on a year not a month. Say 30-36 [trades] per year. Then charge a trading charge on anything over that.
