Letter: Other agencies must rely on GSA for purchasing

Regarding,"Report: Army relies heavily on contractors for acquisition support," a reader writes: The Army has no choice given the shortage of acquisition personnel. The Army (and the rest of the Defense Department) need to rely more on [the General Services Administration]. [The Office of Management and Budget] needs to get GSA back into the streamlined acquisition business. DOD does not need it's own acquisition offices for purchasing the same things that the rest of the government is purchasing. [The Homeland Security Department doesn't either].
Their personnel should go to GSA.
