Letter: Why shouldn't OPM employees like their jobs?

Regarding "Survey: OPM employees like what they do":
When you are:
-On vacation 20 days per year,
-In training 10 days per year,
-At conferences five days per year,
-At bogus day-long meetings 40 days per year,
-Running personal errands most of many work days,
-[Getting] raises and sometimes even bonuses [that] are almost automatic, and you cannot be fired, what's not to like?
