NSI hires Roy Cales

Roy Cales has joined NSI, a government and business consulting firm in Washington, D.C., to lead the company's technology sector. He has worked as Florida's chief information officer. As Florida's CIO, Cales started the State Technology Office, which lawmakers cut in 2005. Among other accomplishments, he helped orchestrate the state's largest public/private partnership by outsourcing the Law Enforcement Radio System project.
