Telkonet promotes Jeff Sobieski

Telkonet, which provides energy management, networking and building automation systems, has promoted Jeff Sobieski to chief operating officer. He was most recently the company's executive vice president of energy management and replaces Dottie Cleal, who had to resign in May because of family health issues. Sobieski joined the company in March 2007. He has worked as chief information officer at EthoStream, which he co-founded in 2002.
