Transition Watch: Hundreds of technology jobs up for grabs

The Obama administration will need to fill more than 300 presidentially appointed technology positions, with 21 of them being chief information officers, NextGov reports.


The jobs appear in Congress’ Plum Book, which lists presidential appointments, and are on display on the new transitionjobs.us Web site. The Defense Department listed the most open technology jobs at 50, according to NextGov.
