  • The Web Managers University offers a series of courses and webinars for public-sector employees. Upcoming sessions include “Helping Your Site Visitors Engage and Succeed,” “Designing Forms, Surveys and Dialogues for the Web,” and “Measuring the Performance of Government Web Sites and Citizen Engagement.”
