Agencies have access to many resources for improving service. Here are a couple of them.

  • USA.gov offers a variety of tools, including the Quick-and-Easy Customer Profile template, which is designed to help agencies better understand constituents and their preferences for communicating online.
  • The Web Managers University offers a series of courses and webinars for public-sector employees. Upcoming sessions include “Helping Your Site Visitors Engage and Succeed,” “Designing Forms, Surveys and Dialogues for the Web,” and “Measuring the Performance of Government Web Sites and Citizen Engagement.”
