Longest-serving federal CIO to retire
The longest-serving Cabinet-level CIO in the federal government is retiring.
Vance Hitch, who has been CIO at the Justice Department since 2002, told colleagues he is stepping down in July, Federal News Radio reports.
Hitch gave no indication of his plans after retirement, according to the article.
