The Eagle Award judges

The Eagle Awards are bestowed on two of each year's Federal 100 winners, one from government and one from industry. A panel of judges carefully considers all of the winners to select those deserving of this highest honor. This year, the judges were:

  • Donna Morea (Adesso Group)
  • Karen Evans (KE&T Partners)
  • Linda Gooden (Lockheed Martin)
  • Steve Kelman (Kennedy School of Government)
  • David Wennergren (Defense Department)
  • Dendy Young (McLean Capital).
