Arlington Cemetery developing smartphone app

Visitors to Arlington National Cemetery will be able starting this fall to use an app that will provide a virtual tour of the grounds, reports David Stegon in FedScoop.

The smartphone app is in beta testing now, Stegon reports."The app provides a real-time schedule of burials, wreath-laying ceremonies and other events at the cemetery," Stegon writes. "Employees there have been using a similar internal application since March to help manage daily activities at the cemetery."
