DOD IG's Twitter followers to get early alerts

The DOD Inspector General is set to use Twitter as its first source for new reports. According to the IGs office, the reports will be available on Twitter before they're posted anywhere else.

The office did not say how far in advance it would tweet notices of new products before positing them elsewhere, but even the office's Listserv subscribers will get notified later than Twitter followers.
