Your advice for a government IT wannabe: Team with people inside and outside your organization (even in unexpected disciplines) to think about how to change the game. We can all be change agents — for our teams, our communities, our country.

What you enjoy most about working in government IT: I am thankful for the tremendous opportunity to make an impact. When budgets are shrinking, the opportunity to use technology to do more with less stands in front of us. This is the time for technologists to shine.
