IT transformation trail boss. Cherry is the point person for the most significant network transformation in DOD's history. She has been building coalitions between the military services and other DOD components to help consolidate thousands of networks into a more secure, dependable and efficient architecture that will afford access to authorized individuals from any device and location in the world. Her efforts encompass the standardization of computing designs and the consolidation of data centers by at least 75 percent, and they will change how DOD spends billions of dollars.
