Chief innovator. Conrad is a pivotal government IT player who provided extensive leadership, strategic direction and oversight of numerous Obama administration initiatives to boost innovation. She worked on the Digital Government Strategy, the MyUSA project to simplify the process of finding and accessing information and government services, and several high-visibility E-Government Fund projects such as Data.gov, BusinessUSA and the Federal Infrastructure Projects Dashboard. Her office at GSA leads development of major shared-services efforts and continues to release new and exciting innovations, such as the recent guidelines for capitalizing on social media connections.
