The military cyber pioneer. Davis isn't new to leading the charge on military technology. The former Harrier pilot has long been pushing the edge of new capabilities. Now he's bringing that drive to his current efforts to define and apply roles and responsibilities for the Cyber Command structure. He leads efforts to create the operational and policy architecture for the cyber domain, including outlining missions and tasks for each of the military services, and he's been instrumental in exercises in which troops hone their cyber combat skills through realistic network-defense training.
