FedRAMP pioneer. Dulany played a crucial role in ensuring that DOD is a player in the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program. He took leading roles in DOD's cloud computing and continuous monitoring efforts, dedicating more than half his time to FedRAMP design efforts.
