He tackled the challenge of implementing the $2.5 billion Agency Consolidated End-User Services contract, an ambitious approach to increasing efficiencies and reducing costs through standardization. He also found time to lead the development of guidelines to enable NASA employees to bring their own mobile devices to work. His work has allowed all 60,000 members of NASA’s workforce to access the agency’s resources anywhere, anytime and from any device.
