Federal 100: Matthew Goodrich

Matthew Goodrich

Name: Matthew Goodrich
Title: Program Manager, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program
Agency: General Services Administration

FedRAMP's fine-tuner. FedRAMP is a complex program to create governmentwide standards for authorizing secure cloud computing products and services. Goodrich led the effort to create unified requirements for authorizations, standard implementation processes and templates for the review process. He closely managed the execution of the first FedRAMP applications to document lessons learned and further streamline the process. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that security reviews are conducted with quality and timeliness. "If I didn't have this guy, FedRAMP wouldn't run," said Dave McClure, associate administrator of GSA’s Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies.
