She manages the financial, business development and client satisfaction components of Ambit’s business but is just as well known for her philanthropic leadership. Last year, Ambit donated more than 2,900 hours in community service, with Hayes personally donating more than 250 hours. She also served as a mentor in ACT-IAC’s Voyagers leadership development program and as vice chairwoman of the Partners Program, which seeks to prepare government and industry leaders for their roles at the Senior Executive Service and company officer levels.
