The mobile-first enforcer. To say ATF is mobile-friendly is an understatement. Under Holgate’s leadership, the bureau has moved from relying on desktop PCs toward a fully mobile platform in support of a workforce that performs a significant portion of its activities out of the office. Holgate was also the chief CIO architect of the Digital Government Strategy and has been a strong partner with industry via his role as co-chairman of ACT-IAC’s Advanced Mobility Working Group — a natural fit for a man who fosters collaboration between government and industry in the area of mobile computing.
