The collaboration catalyst. Within six months of the Digital Government Strategy’s release, Kostin had created a virtual center to promote collaboration on digital services. The center built and deployed shared resources to help agencies deliver services anywhere, anytime and on any device. Kostin also convened hackathons and wikithons to exchange ideas for improving digital services. “Gwynne is an amazing catalyst for collaboration and an inspirational thought leader,” said Dave McClure, associate administrator of the Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies. “She has successfully engaged creative, talented experts across government to work together on the key efforts required by the strategy.”
