The leader in cybersecurity information sharing. Morgan’s success in managing the voluntary, joint program for sharing cyber threat data between DOD and the private sector is gaining international attention. The initiative, which doubled in participants under Morgan, has now expanded across the government under President Barack Obama’s cybersecurity executive order, and NATO officials want to replicate the program in Europe. “Victoria’s leadership and dedication to the mission of protecting the nation have been essential,” said DOD Deputy CIO Robert Carey, who describes Morgan as one of his hardest workers.
