In 2012, she facilitated a series of roundtable discussions at IBM to help managers improve client services; instituted quarterly innovation contests; and created the Business Expert Eminence program, which encourages IBM executives to expand their digital skills. All those efforts enhance the company’s work with government agencies. “Innovation is part of IBM’s DNA, and Luanne has succeeded in unlocking the creativity and innovation of IBM’s consultants and engineers through her energy and commitment,” said Charles Prow, a managing partner at IBM.
