Cybersecurity thought leader. Reeder served as lead author of the study “Updating U.S. Federal Cybersecurity Policy and Guidance,” released by the Center for Strategic and International Studies. It played an influential role in officials' development of President Barack Obama's recent executive order on cybersecurity, said Dan Chenok, executive director of the IBM Center for the Business of Government. Having that kind of impact is nothing new to Reeder. "Every year, Frank is one of the deans of the industry and influences so many people," Chenok said.
