He works with an unprecedented 15 functional stakeholders to build a cohesive team and foster information sharing. The results speak for themselves. Take, for instance, the five major enterprise resource planning systems, two of which achieved significant acquisition milestones last year. The $8 billion investment improved financial management and visibility of global assets for the service, allowing Army leaders to make better decisions.
