Young, who worked in the Office of Management and Budget from 2003 to 2008 on e-government and IT policy issues, has a lot of knowledge and government experience that he now shares with the public-sector and IT communities. He has been a strong adviser to a number of government and community leaders, but in a quiet way, and he has been involved with various cloud computing initiatives and commissions. "He has given time back to the private- and public-sector communities," said Trey Hodgkins, senior vice president of the global public sector at TechAmerica.
