Last year, he provided the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee with input during the development of the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act and traveled the country promoting increased collaboration among industry leaders, public-sector CIOs and lawmakers. Bourgeois has also helped dozens of agencies save money by adopting cloud, mobility and other tools that promote more efficient operations.
