Federal 100: Joann Cecere

Name: Joann Cecere
Title: Director of Software Asset Management
Agency: National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

Procurement perfecter. She worked long hours to understand NGA's licenses and researched many of the other intelligence agencies' holdings. The resulting contract saved $1 million in maintenance renewals in just eight months, and NGA leaders say it will serve as a model for other agencies to emulate.
