She increased HP's U.S. Public Sector contract values significantly in 2013 but earned a Federal 100 award for working to make her community as successful as her company. Crouther was instrumental in the launch of HP's Veteran Employment Resource Network and also gave her time and energy to benefit the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the American Heart Association's Greater Washington Heart Walk.
