The force behind IBM's FedRAMP certification, Fairbanks also devoted significant time to broader education and evangelism about the benefits of moving to the cloud. He led the planning and execution of IBM's Federal Cloud Innovation Forum and was a critical partner in helping to launch IBM's Federal Cloud Innovation Center.
