Turning data into insight. As deputy CFO at an agency with more than 100,000 employees and $128 billion in assets, Holladay is driving financial management modernization on a big scale. He helped consolidate 17 financial management systems into one Web-based platform to provide a "single source of truth" for financial data, said Mike Clanton, associate CFO for financial systems at USDA. Holladay also built the Budget and Performance Management System, which creates extensive analytics for 900 users in USDA's Farm Service Agency, Rural Development and Natural Resources Conservation Service.
