Consolidate and share. Leaf oversees IT for more than half of the Labor Department's employees and has undertaken a long-term project to consolidate infrastructure with the aim of sharing services among agencies and increasing centralization of the CIO office. She also launched a veterans' section for the My Next Move website that helps former service members find employment. They can search for positions in more than 900 careers according to keyword or industry, or find civilian jobs based on their military experience and skills.
