Federal 100: Magalene Powell-Meeks

Name: Magalene Powell-Meeks
Title: Deputy CIO, Jet Propulsion Laboratory
Agency: NASA

In a break with tradition, she also spearheaded support for crucial events by treating them as major programs and creating mission-specific project plans that focused on individual business needs instead of a one-size-fits-all IT structure.
