2015 Fed 100

Federal 100: Lauren Buschor

Lauren Buschor

Name: Lauren Buschor
Title: CIO
U.S. Mint
Agency: Treasury Department

And after she'd been at the Mint for only nine months, she helped launched a new order management system that replaced a 14-year-old legacy system and allows officials to use data analytics in unprecedented ways. According to Deputy Director Richard Peterson, "Lauren is pioneering a culture of confident, data-driven decisions."
