Carol Jones

Name: Carol Ann Jones
Title: Program Analyst
National Leadership Command Capabilities Management Office

The linchpin. Jones defies the belief that the administration and Congress can't work together. She has been at the forefront of a congressionally mandated review of the military's command, control and communications system, which includes nuclear capabilities.
