Luke McCormack

Name: Luke McCormack
Title: CIO
Agency: Department of Homeland Security

CIO dynamo. McCormack gets kudos for the way he's overseen IT operations at one of the most complex and IT-centric agencies in the federal government, but he also takes a wider view of federal IT.
