As the chief of OMB's new Cyber and National Security Unit, he has established governmentwide incident response protocols in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security and the National Security Council. He has also launched enhanced CyberStat review capabilities and the first comprehensive, executive-level cybersecurity assessment framework for the federal government.
