Shared enthusiasm. As co-chairman of the CIO Council's Shared Services Task Force, Santangelo boosted visibility of shared services for commodity IT, support and mission services. He also worked hard to pull industry into the conversations, coordinating a Shared Services Industry Roundtable and serving as a critical engine for ACT-IAC's September Shared Services forum.
