Federal 100: Ari Schwartz

Fed 100 logo

Name: Ari Schwartz
Title: Senior Director for Cybersecurity
National Security Council
Agency: Executive Office of the President

The inside advocate. Schwartz's long history as a civil liberties and privacy advocate has helped when dealing with would-be critics, while his deep knowledge and (as one Federal 100 judge put it) voice of reason have proven invaluable internally on a wide range of cybersecurity activities.
