Steven VanRoekel

Name: Steven VanRoekel
Title: Chief Innovation Officer
Agency: U.S. Agency for International Development

VanRoekel also proved that the mission comes first: He stepped down as U.S. CIO in September to help USAID address the Ebola epidemic.
