Federal 100: Beth Angerman

Name: Beth Angerman
Title: Executive Director
Unified Shared Services Management
Agency: General Services Administration

Selling the shared experience. Angerman's expertise with shared services is so valuable that the Treasury Department is sharing her with GSA to build governmentwide expertise and expand shared services across scores of other agencies. She was detailed to GSA in October to lead the new USSM office, which is responsible for shaping the federal strategy for shared services across functions, providers and consumers. Angerman is a stickler for the savings, efficiencies and innovation that shared services promise to bring to individual agencies and the government as a whole.
