Federal 100: Carlene Ileto

Name: Carlene Ileto
Title: Executive Director
Enterprise Business Management Office
Agency: Department of Homeland Security

Those efforts have helped DHS save a whopping $1.2 billion across all IT infrastructure commodities -- money that can be reinvested elsewhere. Colleagues describe her as a visionary -- but one who's grounded enough to free up the bucks.
