Shared-services Sherpa. Kienast played a key role in advancing the federal dialogue on shared services. She led the work of the ACT-IAC communities of interest and brought her own insights to the Partnership for Public Service's discussions on government/industry collaboration to improve the shared-services marketplace. Kienast was the personification of those collaborative efforts and was a key driver of the work that ultimately helped shape the shared-services strategy the Office of Management and Budget released in October.
