In 2015, she led the CGI team that transitioned the General Services Administration's financial, budget and procurement shared services to the Agriculture Department, moving 300 employees and consolidating providers for 40 agencies. She also moved legislative shared services to the cloud, which resulted in a fivefold performance improvement.
