Firewalling for the future. Morrison leads a global organization that provides IT support to the Army and coalition partners. He has been the driving force behind the modernization of Army networks, including setting the strategic and tactical conditions necessary for the service to implement the Defense Department's Joint Information Environment. He has also been the key leader in the Army's implementation of the Joint Regional Security Stacks initiative, which has resulted in the migration of key military installations and thousands of users to a more secure, standards-based, network architecture with a reduced attack surface and dramatically enhanced cybersecurity.
