Federal 100: Joe Paiva

Name: Joe Paiva
Title: Chief Information Officer
Agency: International Trade Administration, Commerce Department

Providing everything as a service offers better value, he said, adding that the days of personal deal-making are gone. The Internet is the marketplace, and his mission is to position his agency as the best possible link between U.S. companies and foreign markets.
