Name: Douglas P. Quiram
Title: Director of the Office of Personnel Security and Suitability
Agency/Company: Bureau of Diplomatic Security, State Department

A worldwide watchman. Quiram brought his decades of experience at U.S. embassy posts in London, Singapore, Lagos, Hanoi and Berlin to bear on State's Continuous Evaluation Program for overseas personnel. The program enables the State Department to ensure that employees with confidential, secret and/or top secret clearances continue to qualify for that level of trust. Quiram instituted a comprehensive risk-based oversight system that makes use of advanced analytics alongside public records and data.
