Name: Devon Trolley
Title: Technical Adviser for Strategy Development and Implementation

Marketplace mover. Trolley developed the long-term strategy and IT roadmap for the CMS health insurance marketplace on the HealthCare.gov site. Her roadmap resulted in the launch of the out-of-pocket cost calculator, doctor and facility lookup, and prescription drug lookup -- all of which helped users compare plans.
