His groundbreaking work led to the agency's first authority to operate for a cloud-based platform as a service, setting the stage for additional innovation in a more secure and more open environment to support agencies that award, administer or receive federal grants and loans. The platform gives IAE a secure system for delivering new applications efficiently and consistently.
